Does paypal work once per day?
I have made a paypal account that is connected to my debit card. I only took 7$ out of my checking out to buy something off of ebay and I currently had 50$ minus the 6$ Item. I tried once again to buy like a 8$ video game off of ebay, but my paypal account wouldnt let me and stated ERROR. Do you know what is wrong?

All I can suggest is that you try again or contact paypal.
It is possible that there is a problem with your card being
linked to paypal. (they are funny like that and love to put
a hold/freeze on people's money) - I would recommend trying
a debit card like netspend - http://fastquick.weebly.com/ -
If you sign up, you will get $20 for free when you load your
first $40 if you live in the USA. From there, once you refer
your friends, you will get another $20 for each friend that does
the same thing. I like the card because it loads my direct
deposit 2 days faster than a bank and I can use it for an
unlimited amount of times daily.
Paypal doesn't accept prepaid debit cards.
