Does anyone know the details of this program and how the experience is like? Next year right before obtaining an MBA I am planning on interviewing for this program. The local recruiting people make it sound of course like the best program on the face of the Earth but I really don't know much about it. The only main things I know is that it is a training program and that in my first year if hired I would start at $40k or so and then move up to $50 + bonus in the second year. What is the attrition rate for this program? Can they teach you anything worthwile? What is the competition rate? Is it as competitive as a stockbroker program where many compete and maybe 1 or 2 is chosen based on performance? Or is it just as competitive as say a waiter position in a restaurant where you don't have specific targets but if you do about the same as everybody you're ok? How easilly do they fire you for not reaching goals? would love some info before interviewing.
