Ese is a type of Ed class that teaches you more on life skills and basic math and reading. The diploma is somewhat like a regular school one except it lacks the requirements to go to collage, but you can go to tech school or get your GED.

With *only* your ESE, you would not be qualified.
Again, the point of Peace Corps is to transfer skills and education to foreign nationals. With what is relatively less education than a high school diploma, you are not going to be qualified to train foreign nationals that are 30, 40 and 50 years old.
That is not to rule out being qualified *after* you attend tech school, learn a trade and master it enough to be able to train people who cannot speak English in it. At that time, a recruiter would evaluate your individual credentials. Right now, that's years and years down the road.
My best friend's daughter will be earning her ESE this month. She is autistic, and she would never, ever qualify for Peace Corps, not so much for that reason but because she is incapable of ever being mature enough to do what is required in Peace Corps. Even when she is on medication, she needs direct supervision at all times, and Peace Corps volunteers do not have that.
So, while *she* would never be able to serve, no one but a recruiter would be able to disqualify *you,* but that would not be done until AFTER you learned a skill that would is taught in Peace Corps and you had practiced it enough to be able to teach those skills to foreign nationals.
The Peace Corps requires a bachelor's degree or significant relevant life experience.
A high school diploma, ESE, GED, etc aren't going to get you there.
And if you have a high school diploma, you don't need a GED. A GED is a substitute for a high school diploma that dropouts can earn.
