I'm working on a spanish project and was wondering if the above makes sense. To me, it doesn't sound right when put in the sentence el lleva unos zapatos, but im not sure if it is technically incorrect.
-thanks

Technically it's correct, although not used too often. It means He wears some shoes.
Hope this helps

More than right :)
It is correct:
Ella lleva unos zapatos muy bonitos y muy caros
Unos zapatos blancos van bien con ese vestido
it's correct, but you need describe the shoes.
El lleva unos zapatos de Armani.
yes is correct...
It makes sense, ("he wears some shoes"), but more like "he wears some shoes that don't necessarily match that he found in the back of a closet". "Lleva zapatos" ("he wears shoes") would be what most people would say.
