I have a dell latitude laptop with windows 8 and for some reason the blue screen of death keeps coming up every 10 minutes or so telling me that there's a problem and my laptop will restart. It keeps doing it though! I haven't downloaded any program's recently and it seems to restart when I have a lot of tabs open on the Internet. I uninstalled chrome but the same thing happens on Internet explorer. What should I do? I heard downloading Realtek helps but is that safe and free of virus? It's on my school laptop so...yeh I don't know wat to do! :S

Hi Hey,
I would suggest running diagnostics on the system to check hardware functionality. The steps are:
*Reboot and press F12 to enter the Boot Menu.
*When the boot device list appears, highlight Diagnostics and press Enter.
*The computer begins to run the Pre-boot System Assessment, a series of embedded diagnostics that perform initial testing on your system board, keyboard, hard drive, and display.
*In case any hardware component is bad, you will get a corresponding error.
You may boot in ‘Safe Mode with Networking’ and check if the issue persists, by following the steps below:
*Press ‘Windows’ key + ‘C’ to pull up the ‘Charms Bar’.
*Click ‘Settings’ and then click ‘Change PC settings’.
*Under PC settings, click ‘General’.
*Under ‘Advanced Startup’, click ‘Restart now’.
*On the Choose an option screen, click ‘Troubleshoot’.
*Click ‘Startup Settings’.
*Click ‘Restart’.
*On the Startup Settings screen, choose ‘Safe Mode with Networking’.
*Sign in to your PC with a user account that has administrator rights.
Post the error message you are getting on the blue screen.
Hope this helps.
