Sometimes something you dream about will sort of happen (almost never *exactly* as you dreamed, but sometimes pretty close).
But that doesn't mean "dreams come true." It means sometimes something you dream about will sort of happen by coincidence. If you kept a "dream log," and every time you had a dream you wrote down everything you could remember, then checked to see how many of them "came true," you'd be very disappointed -- almost none of them do. That one sort of does occasionally is to be expected by random chance.
The "dream log" is actually from a study that was really done, with hundreds of participants. The rate of them "coming true" (even using a wide latitude about what "coming true" meant) was around 1% of the total...not exactly compelling, is it?
They can. I know mine have. I believe that your subconscience is more aware of the world then ur waking conscience and sometimes your subconscience tells you those secrets in dreams that can be hard to interpret or other times obvious.
They can, but it depends on your definition of dream. If it's about pixies in the backyard, perhaps not. If it's about landing that job you applied for, definitely.
Only if you work your butt off to achieve your dreams. If you don't work hard to achieve your dreams, then your dreams will only be dreams, not reality.

I dreamed that I was working....sadly, it came true.
I dreamed that I was able to meet an E.T. and go off to their planet in peace...sadly, hasn't come true.

The opposite of what Kandice said
Yes they can come true.
If it is a dream sent by GOD...
Otherwise they aren't worth following..
They can through coincidence or you actively pursuing them, but there's nothing supernatural involved.
