Let me expand.
Chemical, Nuclear, Molecular, Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum engineers.
Do you even remotely respect civil engineers?
Is civil engineering really in the bottom of the pile of engineering degrees?
Could you name a lower engineering degree?

I am no civil engineer either.
But I know one thing for sure. However great is the machine and what ever wonder it is supposed to do , unless the civil engineer gives the blue prints for its foundation with correct anchoring bolt positions, and correct co-ordinates, no-body will ever can erect the machine at site.
Unless, they make the road, rail road, airport, bridges water reservoir , school buildings, our dwellings , stadium etc. etc, our modern civilization is at peril.
No engineer is at the bottom of any list, let alone civil engineers.
There is no ranking of engineering disciplines. They all have an equal footing.
There some engineers who think a particular discipline is superior but they have not had the full exposure to as many engineers as some of us have.
We have learned that it is the individual that is ranked and that is done based on their individual ability and accomplishments.
You didn't count these?
Industrial engineering
process engineering
applied engineering
mechatronics
Agricultural engineering
what..lol no such thing as lower enginnering degree...only civil engineering is easier that others
I don't understand what you're asking.
