Depends. If you really think kapernick will perform well this year, then I would not recommend this trade, but if you really feel like you need to dump him off, then this is a really fair trade. No one is dominating, although I think a lot of people will say for you to do it right away.
I am not a huge fan of victor cruz this year, as Reuben Randle seems to be emerging as their legitimate 3rd threat, and also Nicks will be back playing healthy. Brees is fantastic, but if for some reason New Orleans utilizes their rushing attack more this year with mark ingram, who could be really good, Drew Brees' stats could see a major dip.
Kapernick has a ceiling that would have him putting up stats similar to what RG3 will, and DID last year through the first 12 games or so. While Brees' ceiling has lowered, because there is no way in hell he has the same year as last year.
Also Julio Jones is just flat out good, and I can only see him being more consistent this year as I feel this offense will make him the number 1 threat.
Overall, I say do not do it, with a confidence rating of 7/10. Like I said, if you accepted this deal you would not be wrong to do so, as Drew Brees will definitely have a better year than Kap, but I think the difference between Jones and Cruz is fairly large. Overall pretty fair deal, don't be swayed by the people who I think will be yelling at you to accept or do this deal right away.
