With Denver's questions at both QB and WR, they are going to need a RB to step up. As long as his knee stays healthy enough to play, it's going to be Moreno. This means he is looking at having around 30 touches a game as the starter. He definitely has a better opportunity to put up big numbers. His downside though is he is a rookie running back. Other than Adrian Peterson (who is a freak), I can't remember a rookie having a huge year.
Now Leon Washington unfortunately is sitting behind a workhorse in Thomas Jones on the depth chart. I don't think Washington is going to get the carries to be much of a factor for you.
I think Moreno has 15-20 points per game potential, where Washington is going to get you 8-10.
I think Moreno has a lot more upside. He doesn't really have anyone good to challenge him and take away touched in Denver, so he will be a much better player.
