I've been offered Marvin Harrison and Shaun Alexander for Brandon Jacobs. I know both Alexander and Harrison are dealing with injuries right now. What do you think?
I think it really does depend on the rest of your team.
Harrison is going to play this week, but it seems that Alexander isn't. Jacobs is the main back in NYG land and that proves to be worth a lot since Burress isn't 100% and Manning is having a hard time throwing the ball.
I would probably still do the trade, if you can afford to give up Jacobs and be ok with it. Harrison is going to make a come back here quick enough. Manning...Peyton...can't wait to get him back onto the field. He just looks lost without Harrison there.
I would expect Harrison if healthy to put up some pretty good numbers the rest of this year. I would do it, if you can afford to lose Jacobs and be ok at RB. If not, reject it.
Man sounds good but with the injuries do we know exactly how long this will keep Marvin hurt and will he be the same right now when he comes back. I have all three players on my team and alexander does contribute some needed points to my team each week. Marvin b4 his injury was a big help also. Jacobs is a really good player and he helps alot but in the long run i would problly go with the trade.
Depends on where you are in the standings. If your near the top or can afford to be patient I would take it. Your not giving up a lot losing Jacobs. But you could gaina lot with harrison and Alexander. The Colts have been resting Marvin and being very cautious. The giants have to other backs splitting carries with Jacobs.
