formatting MicroSD 8GB card. track 0 bad, but low format no error.

There is no problem for Low Level Format by HDD Low Level Format Tool 4.40.

but can not format by windows(msg: Windows was unable to complete the format).

Error message: The Memory card is write-protected when using SDFormatter V4.0 or HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool, V2.2.3

using cmd line format x:/q got error: Invalid media or Track 0 bad - disk unusable.

using cmd line DiskPart got Error message: DiskPart has encountered an error: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

Please help.

It is 8 GB micro HCSD card. There is no error by using Low Level Format by HDD Low Level Format Tool 4.40.

It shows 7.45 GB RAW Healthy (Primary Partition) from Disk Management. But CAN NOT format with any other high level format tools.

So I am still waiting help!!!!!!
