My back hurts after I hit balls at the range and sometimes at the course. I'm young so its not that. Please don't give me swing tips or tell me I'm overswinging I'm a 4 HDCP. Any exercises though? For any part of the body that would help with golf? thanks

Do a lot of stretching everyday. When you wake up, before you go to bed.. also for lower back and core strengthening do the superman exercise everyday.. google it if you don't know how to do the exercise.. hope your back gets better..
Is it your lower back or upper back? Right side more? Left side more? Are you right handed? Do you have a fast tempo?
You'll be able to google a ton of stretches that could help with golf....
Most most important is to stick healthful. So limber up. Stretch. Your knees, hips ankles, wrists shoulders And swing handy and elevated no vigour for the reason that you don t wish to harm your self
