Okay I'm really worried. I accidentally took twice my normal dosage of Concerta this morning. I'm 14 and apparently my mom already gave my 92 mg dose at 6:30 before she went to work. I slept in till like 8 and took my pills around 10:15, cause I didn't remember getting them earlier. I'm really worried cause my hands are shaking like I have parkinson's disease or something and I'm really jittery. Should I be worried?

Just relax.
What you are going to want to do first and foremost is RELAX. Concerta is an amphetamine based medication that does in fact stimulate your central nervous system. You took quite a large dose but for all practical purposes you should be alright. Since this question was asked two days ago I assume you are ok if you answer this?
I'm sure you were very jittery and felt slightly awful but are doing just fine.
Next time if this happens just make sure you monitor yourself and if you start to experience any SEVERE (keyword "severe". Severe enough to warrant calling an ambulance) physiological disturbances call poison control or emergency services.
Some common indicators for a concerta overdose are vomiting, agitation, muscle twitching, convulsion, grand mal
convulsion, confusional state, hallucinations (auditory and/or visual), hyperhidrosis,
headache, pyrexia, tachycardia, palpitations, heart rate increased, sinus arrhythmia,
hypertension, mydriasis, and dry mouth.
Something that helps me keep track of any medications is to make a weekly calendar checklist that you can place in front or on your medicine cabinet. When you take your medication you go ahead and check it off for that day/time that way you will not make the mistake of double dosing like that again.
