hi everybody i'm writting research paper and i need help paraphrasing these two pargraph

First one : .“French fries and fried meat from fast-food outlets contain high amounts of industrially produced trans-fatty acids. Trans fats are fats in margarines, spreads, and frying oils, produced by industrial hardening of vegetables or marine oils, to make the product more stable and robust for handling and storage” (Stender, Dyerberg & Astrup, 2007).

Second :

“What is causing the epidemic of obesity? One obvious contributing factor is the sedentary lifestyle that many people in the 21st century are leading. Getting around by car and working at a desk don’t demand much physical activity” (Ackert, and Lee, 2006, paragraph 3).
