Let pie be 22/7. The smaller pair of wheels make 20/pie x revolutions and the larger wheels make 29/pie(x+0.03) revolutions. If the smaller pair of wheels makes 245 revolutions more than the bigger pair of wheels in one minute,form an equation in x and show that it reduces to 7700x^2+231x-6=0.

Then the equation is
