How do christians deal with transexuals?
If god made them genderly confused why should they suffer because god made an oops.
yes it's been proven to be real from birth. if you have gone through puberty you know how hormones effect us. So don't give me the "if a violent person was born violent" crap because it's NOT the same thing. that is nature Vs nurture.
environment is pretty moot at this point because if your a human you will still have hormones no matter who raised you or the kind of life you lived as a child. it's not just a mental thing it's a very physical thing too.

I assume they would treat them with the same bigotry and discrimination they treat everyone else. Christians are famous for saying: "We preach the words of love and acceptance...unless you are not like us!"
with love, being born non-gender specific is an act of God.
