the most straightforward way is to use Firefox itself to get at your cookies. To do this, in Firefox click;
Tools - Options - Privacy tab - 'remove individual cookies' - now you can see them all, delete individually etc. Hope this helps.
The cookies are actually stored in your firefox profile as a text file, which is probably something like C:\ Documents and Settings\ User\ ApplicationData\ Mozilla\ Firefox\ Profiles\ Userprofile\ cookies.txt you will need to have the option of 'view hidden files' to get to this.
