Think something very sad...or u can hit yourself or u can carry a glycerin bottle with u and whenever u feel like crying put it in ur eyes

2) think of something sad

3) secretly pinch yourself

4) go though the motions you make when you cry

5) there are also a couple of things you can rub under your eyes to ease crying on command

think of something really emotional to yourself personally, it may be an incident in your life that is really sad or really really happy, or a scene from a movie.

watch a super duper sad movie (doesn't have to be in english, i know that korean dramas and many other asian dramas are really sad :D) and when u want to cry, just think about those.
