= cos²x + 4cosx - sin2x / cos2x
= ( cos²x.cos2x + 4cosx.cos2x - sin2x ) / cos2x
= [ cos²x.(2cos²x - 1) + 4cosx(2cos²x - 1) - 2sinx.cosx ]/ cos2x
= ( 2.cos^4x - cos²x + 8cos^3x - 4cosx - 2sinx.cosx )/ cos2x
