I am a goalie in field hockey and my reflexes seem to have worsened after the holidays. How can I rebuild it and increase it to the best, in the short term and long term(I live in South-Africa just encase you are wondering)

Practice. Practice. Practice. As a goalie, you need to be able to react extremely quickly and naturally. The only way to become react naturally is either you are extremely gifted with good reflexes or you keep practicing until you get them. Practice makes perfect.
adding foods with healthy fats to your diet helps with brain function. there's also a couple of exercises you can do do improve
eat brain foods and exercise. just stay on your game and workout.
