I have been making potassium nitrate and sugar, KNO3+Sugar, smoke grenades for awhile, and I enjoy the amount of smoke they make. Although, there are two problems i come across. One, the reaction is to fast, how can slow the reaction time down? Two, I would like for the smoke grenade to produce a denser gas that stays on the ground longer for a cooler effect. How can i fix these problems?
