also, don't give me no link to no program. tell me step by step how to do it then give me a link. the program must be free (idk why stupid people want you to pay for these programs).

what type of video do i need to put the videos on my mp3..is it mp4 ? mpeg ?...what do i have to turn the video into to get it on my mp3 player ?

also media player won't let me put the video on the mp3. i use media player to put music and pictures on my mp3 but it won't put videos on. it keeps saying "failed to upload to mp3".

remember step by step and what do i have to turn the video into. i'm tryin to upload a few music videos to my SONY MP3...not a Ipod!
