it depends on the video editor u using. but which ever one all u do is to export as avi or mpeg format then if u have an account with you tube then u can simply upload it, as for myspace same, but i bet u will not have optimal speed uploading to yahoo cos their max attachment is 10mb.

1. You need a memory card in the camera
2. The videos you've shot are stored on the card, provided that the card was in the camera when you shot them.
3. Now you need a card reader to hook the card up to the computer. Mine is from Dazzle, I would reccomend that brand. Read prices, etc. here: http://www.smarter.com/dazzle_multimedia_usb_8_in_...
4. Have the card out of the camera and in the card reader. Then the videos will be stored on the computer.
5. Save them!
6. In emails, just hit "Attach files" and find what you want. In YouTube, pretty much the same thing.
