Easiest way to do this is using Motorola's PhoneTools, which will let you see all of the files on your phone and the card, and then you can just copy them from your card to the images or photos folder on your phone.

It comes with a USB data cable as well, that will connect your phone to your computer (which you'll need in the future to transfer photos from your Razr phone to your PC anyway).

Just don't buy it from Motorola directly. They charge about 50 bucks, and you can get it for half of that from resellers like Wireless Emporium. There are some screenshots and more detailed instructions at the link below.

Here is another way around it but it is costly. Buy an adapter and connect your SD card to your PC and download all the Pics. Then connect your V3 using USB connection ( software is required. You can buy it on the internet for about $25) and move the pics from your PC to the V3.
