How do you cancel Sky Player?
Hi, so far I have sent two e-mails trying to cancel my on-line subscrition to Sky Player. I have not used it for three months, yet they continue to take dosh from my account.. I would be very greatful for any suggestions. The Sky buffs have never replied to my e-mails and it will soon be time for them to "grab" thier next payment instalment.. Thanks in advance...

Im afraid you will have to ring their terrible customer service line, the number is 08442 414141, If you have sky tv etc then you can go to the department that downgrades pacakges, If you dont have sky tv and just have sky player alone then you will have to speak to cancellations.
