It's not actually possible. The people who have impossibly high scores have used some form of cheat - probably from a program they've had to download. I asked someone who had the top score for the Celeb Quiz once, and she told me, but that was ages ago and I've forgotten now. If you want to ask her, her username is .Honey. although I'm not sure if she'll answer you. She's kind of 'left' stardoll - she last logged on a day ago, so i think she logs in every now and again. I'm also not sure if the cheat she used would still work - I have a feeling I asked her before stardoll changed the layout of the site. But hey, it's worth a try (: Also, you could ask all the people who have the top scores what cheat they've used. It's highly likely they won't tell you though - they'll want to keep the secret for themselves and not want anyone else to bump their spot on the leader board. But again, worth a try.

They're probably just really dedicated to getting really good scores. I don't know, they probably have just been playing on Stardoll for a long time and have unlocked all of the secrets of the games.
