Morally & ethically bankrupt with absolutely no integrity whatsoever. He came across as a"manifold perjured" liar and totally unprincipled. He would say whatever was most expedient for himself, and to ingratiate himself with our ex-colonial cousins. The It should not be his prime brief to make the world a better place until he has improved the lot of his OWN people, the people of Great Britain. We are well rid of him now, but the damage he has done to the reputation of this country throughout the world is enormous. I hope that Mr Brown will do a better job, and tells the next warmonger that comes knocking where to go, as did Harold Wilson in the 1960's
A divide country , a country that morns they sad loss of young men and women so far from home. From a man who showed contempt for Parliament, who`s alliance with G W Bush has pushed our security to a level that will take decades to recapture.
As an American, I know my view would be quite different from one who lives in the UK. I regard Tony Blair as an effective PM, who led his country quite ably but was eventually drawn in to a very unpopular war and who's image suffered as a result. I think most Americans think of him very favorably as I do, and that the U.S. could not have asked for a better friend and ally. Peace.
