How do you transfer a video you took from your iphone to your macbook pro?
I took a video i would like to transfer onto my computer. the only way i have ever done this is to just send it to my email and save it that way but it says it's too long to send. id think you can just plug your phone into your computer and do it that way but i'm not sure i've never done it. thanks so much, any advice is appreciated!!

the Automator is the best tool in your MAC to do anything that requires a lot of repetition or is time consuming.
Just use the plug that came with your iphone plug it in, open iphoto and your images and videos should pop up. Thats what i do anyway.
Sure get the iPad, but only if you also get a good protective case. Trust me after I say this, i have neighbors that own iPads which have toddlers, and the quantity of instances their iPads have left tables and long gone down stairs in an Otterbox Defender case, has been greater than i can depend anyway. Superb for getting knocked round, dropped and having matters spilled on it, and it is going to occur as we're speaking child time, so it is both going to get dropped or some thing is going to get dropped on it. And in the case of accidents, that will get saved first, the iPad or the kid? Visiting, jumping on chairs/beds, matters occur, so defend the iPad if you're single, and preserve it even more you probably have tots. Apart from, you've got already talked your self into getting one and not taking the laptop with you. LOL
