Okay, at my drum lesson, my instructor told me to make my own song with drumming, but I don't really how to draw the drum fills.
For example, here's a 4+4+4+4 drum fill : "X" that would be the snare, to the right tom, to the floor tom, to the left tom. Then there's the 2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2, XZ which would be the snare to the right tom to the floor tom to the left tom to the floor tom to the snare to the right tom to the left tom. Each one hit in that order 2 times each.
MY QUESTION:
How do I draw a drum fill where it's 1+3+1+3+2+2+2+2? We wen't over that and I didn't fully understand...PLZ HELP!!! PLZZZZZZ!!!!!

Do you understand what 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 notes etc. are? 4+4+4+4 is not drum notation. How to read and write basic notation should have been the first thing they taught you. Until you understand notes you will not be able to write anything. That's like typing this question without knowing the alphabet. Just tell your instructor you still don't understand notes and ask them to show you how to read, write and count 1/4, 1/8 and 1/16 notes. It is really pretty easy once it is explained to you properly, but that isn't something I can explain in an email.
lyrics are pretty much like writing a facet for a different software. you'll harmonise it or positioned it at the identical pitch or anything, simply do not installed a be aware that clashes with the whole thing else ;D it may be at the identical or specific beats to the relaxation of the track so long as it suits in should you desire the lyrics to be history noise (although should you do it is not fairly valued at having them for my part) in your instrumental facet, lead them to comply with the track you have already got as a substitute than harmonising and growing their possess facet =]
