Well... yes anxiety can give you physical symptoms like being HOT. But generally you'd know anxiety because you're just scared to death but don't really know why. There is a cause, but mostly the person with anxiety doesn't know what it is.

Paranoia is just what it sounds like - it's a certainty that somebody's out to get you. You smoked some dope and your friend called the cops and they're on their way to your house right now.... ooooo - all scared to death. That's paranoia.

Having some symptoms like you describe after smoking some dope is pretty common - it's also very normal. You really don't know as a kid that your mind is fairly fragile - very sensitive. You probably always thought it was made of concrete. But it does have butterfly wings which can get kind of trample on.

The weird feelings will straighten themselves out in time. Just try to have fun with them. They aren't deadly or some terrible sickness - they're very normal stuff. But a lot of anxiety "feels" like it's life threatening... that's why they call it anxiety.
