I actually don't intake any. Caffeine makes my heart beat fast and especially since it's extremely hot where I live, I make sure not to have any caffeine. I prefer sticking to water and fruit juices.
I went cold turkey on caffeine when I was still TTC, so I consume no caffeine at all. I did have a fully caffeinated Coke on the 4th of July, but that was my first and only caffeinated beverage of any sort since March of this year. I do still eat small amounts of chocolate once or twice a week though, and that does have caffeine in small amounts. A little caffeine is fine during pregnancy, just not huge amounts of it since your baby's organs can only process so much per day. One or two cups of coffee or the equivalent probably isn't going to hurt anything.
daily, zero. I will have a pop or a cup of coffee whenever I feel like it but that is maybe once a week if that. I was never big on needing caffeine. You can safely have 200mg a day which is 2 cups of coffee or 4 pops per day. Be careful with coffee drinks made at like starbucks because their coffee will have 400mg in one 16 oz cup.
I limit myself to one cup of hot tea or one glass of iced fruit tea a day. I crave for tea all the time. But i don't drink tea every day. My ob says that it's fine to drink 1 or 2 glasses of tea a day. As long as you're not drinking too much of it. Everything is fine in moderation.

I think its 200mg you can have a day with equals to 2 cups of coffee
its best not to drink coffee or caffeine while you are pregnant.
but if you really want to drink coffee or have caffeine is totally fine but just not too much of it.
2-3 cans of coke (was 6-12 before i got preggers) -- still need the caffeine kick at times -- still cutting back -- 7wp
