I agree, it also depends on how much horse you are wanting to get out of it... If you want something professional be prepared for that high of price, but a small horse gain around 70-100 will be around 1,000 for a kit (guessing smartly) labor, i have no idea...
A cheap one that will blow out your motor sooner than later will be about $2,000. A decent turbo build which should last you a while would be about $5,000. A full out turbo build will cost you more than $10,000 easily in parts and labor in a relatively short amount of time. Most turbo builds that people do are priced somewhere in the $5,000 range, although i have seen turbo builds (for Civic's as well) that are well over $10,000.
