I have done a test to measure resistance of two different circuits. One of them contains just the Multimeter and the other contains a Power Pack and an ammeter. I used them to measure resistance in the circuit. The circuit involving the Multimeter gave higher resistance, so my question is...
How much resistance does a Multimeter have?
Thankyoou!

In general the DMM(digital multimeter ) Resistance is negligible.
so when u got a different ans ,there may be problem with the dmm u r using.
Depends on the multimeter. The input to a multimeter is measured in Ohms Per Volt (OPV) and the bigger the OPV the better and increases the accuracy in measuring resistance and voltage. Early analogue volt/ohmeters were as low as 20Kohm OPV. Used to be that VTVMs (vacuum tube volt meter) were the best but these days even a cheap DVM has FET inputs and an OPV in excess of 1Mohm. A power pack and an ammeter will always be inferior to this.
