How to cook a drum fish?
I got 2 drum fish today. So, do you guys have any idea how to cook this kind of fish? Because i heard that it taste really bad and it is hard to eat as the fish is too hard.

BAKED DRUM FISH SURPRISE

2 lbs. drum steaks
1/2 c. French dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (32 oz.) can French fried onions
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
Cut steaks into serving size. Place in shallow pan. Combine French dressing, lemon juice and salt. Pour over fish. Let stand 30 minutes, turning once. Add crushed onions and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Good with other types of fish as well.
Serves 6 to 8.
