How to fix self esteem?
I'm 13 in middle school (7th grade) and have the self esteem of a bag of diapers ._. I have light brown hair with a few streaks of natural blonde (not too blonde) highlights. I also have glasses, but prefer not to take them off because I look like a dead cow x.x I have hazel/green eyes.
I'm 5' 7" and weigh 103-107 pounds depending on if I'm hungry or not.
I don't have an eating disorder or self harming issues. But im worried I might develop one D:
Is this just a part of growing?

According to every formula out there you should eat more to gain some weight. Don't worry about your looks so much, it's a normal phase of adolescence. I'm sure you have beautiful eyes plus you're very thin so I could swear you're attractive!
There are a lot of good books out there about raising your self-esteem and self-confidence. Go to an online bookstore and get a couple that have high reader ratings. Or get some out of the library.
You should eat some more. You are underweight.
