I want to send a package to China using via airmail the lady sent me the office number,the floor, the building, district, And ofcourse address... along with she told me to put an e file about my name . First of all i know i have to package it,then do i make a letter in the front towards all the info she gave me? Because she also gave me her phone number too. I didn't understand. What is an e file? Help? Thanks.
