Is $350 a good deal for a 2005 Specialized P2?

I found a 2005 Specialized P2 on Craigslist for $350. It says in the ad that it is in good condition overall and just got a tuneup. Is that a good deal? If not how much do you think would be a good deal for it in good condition?

The bike sold for $900 new. If the bike is in good condition and it fits, there are two sizes, I would offer $250 but not go over $300. Everyone says they just got the bike tuned up. Take that with a grain of salt. If they insisted they did ask for a receipt. I bet they don't have one.
