Is a case of a mental disease? Or am I just paranoid?
I always think someone can read my mind and figure out what I'm thinking and it kind of scares me. I always think someone is watching carefully to everything I do.. like type this question when I'm home alone.. Is this normal?
Update:My age is 13 and I have a family history of dipression. if it means anything.

Well ya - that's paranoid thinking. You might ask your doctor about this. Depending on your age, it can be sort of "normal" though - lots of people do this.
Well, I don't think that it could be a mental disease, but you could be paranoid. I sometimes have the feeling when I am home alone. I only have the feeling because I watch ghost shows. (Not that they are scary, but there creepy)
Judging from both of the odd thought questions you've asked, you have some very odd thinking. You need to talk to your school counselor and your parents.
if you have more symptoms like this you may suffer from a mental illness there is help out there for this .
No it is not normal... I'd seek counseling.
