I see the other three Yankee infielders as probables, but raises a couple of questions:
Has any team ever fielded on a regular basis HOF players across the infield?
What is the most HOF players that a team regularly fielded at one time? You can enhance the regulars with a HOF pitcher if there was one on the staff.
How well did this team fare in the post season, if it got there.?

It's way too premature to anoint Cano to the Hallowed Hall. Utter is impressive with his answers as usual. My opinion is that the Big Red Machine was the best infield ever constructed. If Rose had kept his nose clean, he'd be in the Hall also. That would make four. But he's on the outside looking in and that's the way it should be. I'm not so sure about the other three Yankee infielders, either. Jeter is probable, but ARod has had some much publicized problems (PED's) that very well could keep him out. Obviously he has had the numbers, but are they tainted? And Tex is no Hall of Famer. Hall of Above Average maybe, but I doubt if he ever gets enshrined.
The Reds in the late 70's had HOF Tony Perez at 1B, HOF Joe Morgan at 2B, Very Good Dave Concepcion at SS, Would have been a HOF Pete Rose at 3B and HOF Johnny Bench at C.
They did pretty good in the post season winning the World Series in 1975 and 1976.
edit: There were 5 teams that had 9 Hall of Famers. The Yankees in 1928, 1930, 1931, 1932, and 1933. The most by a non-Yankee team was 8 by the 1923-26 Giants and the 1933 Cardinals.
right now? no he hasnt done anything to make him a hall of famer. If you have to think about a whether a player is a hall of famer, then they probably shouldnt be in. Right now the only future HOF infielders on the yankees are Jeter and A-rod. Teixeira isnt there yet and i doubt can ever will be
right now no but i believe in a couple years or so he will bloom into a great infielder taking over the yankees infield when jeter arod and texira retire.
Pull Cano out of the microscope of an atmospherehe is in and put him on the San Diego Padres. No one will have ever heard of him.
I like Cano but right now i say no.
