Is economics a good major?
When I took economics in high school I became very interested in it. Can somebody explain to me if it is a good major to go into? Will it be a good career? What other business related can I minor in with Economics? Please help!!

Economics is the study of reality and is of great interest to people who have to make a profit in reality. Politicians need to bend reality in arbitrary ways, so a special form of economics was invented just for politicians, bankers, and news readers. So what you study must be correlated with your intended career; politics, business administration, or finance.
I can't imagine a major in economics. There are two factions and you have to understand both, so your study time is automatically half wasted. And you still need to learn something that actually generates an income for you.
