why because if you fat your carrying more weight so you burn more energy when you walk so you loose weight. but after you become lighter you burn less energy so you get fat again.saying if walked the same amount everyday.

People who are overweight find themselves hungry all the time because they need extra energy (food) to carry all that weight around. This makes it so hard to diet. If you did not eat anything for several days, your body would start burning fat reserves and you would lose weight, but this is not your body's preferred energy source. You feel tired and hungry and are unable to concentrate.
