NO, when it comes to their amps you are only "safe" with their "brutus" line because their other amps are not CEA-compliant (don't make their advertised RMS wattage with minimum distortion)
and their speakers are not that hot either
when it comes to car audio nine times out of ten you get what you pay for- and you need to look for CEA-compliant brands which means that the amps have been tested and produce or exceed the advertised RMS wattage with minimum distortion and the subs can handle their advertised RMS wattage also (distortion is the main cause of speaker damage over time)
Their brutus line didn't impress me, which is why I tossed my amp and switched to Memphis Audio, my favorite company. The 1100d is putting out the same as hifonics 1600 watts, so that tells you something.

their amps put out the power they are rated for and have great sound quality for the price, i doubt you will regret the decision should you buy it
