is ioffer.com safe to use...?

hello. im tempted to buy some dvds off ioffer.com (the dvds i want are hard to get but the sell them on here.. I want to know 3 things...so what i want to know is 1)has anyone from the uk used this site before? and is it safe to use (as in safe i mean its not a scam and you only pay for what you get for and it dont take all your money) 2) i heard that things might be fake but as long as it works i can put up with that.. 3) can you pay with paypal...Please note im not too bright so can you please tell me straight and simple...thank you

I sold quite a few items there many, many years ago, but I probably wouldn't buy there regularly at all. iOffer is like eBay, but without the same level of buyer protection.

While there are certainly scammers on iOffer, and there seems to be a lot of fake / replica stuff, there are legitimate sellers, too. If you purchase by PayPal and you qualify for their buyer protection, you don't have much to worry about. If I really wanted something and it was only available on iOffer, I'd definitely consider it, especially if it was cheap.

Me, retired US cop. I live in a large city. I can carry if I wanted to. I do not feel the need. I used to see bad guys I put in prison around, sometimes at the supermarket and gangbangers who got some sales jobs as they grew up. Never felt threatened by them. Drivers do scare me but a gun does no good when some character is talking on their phone and seems to be trying to run you over with their inattention to the use of their deadly weapon. I used to carry to defend others against the occasional nut case that may happen, long-shot but Be Prepared. Now that all the idiots citizens seem to carry I just want to stay out of the way if they start shooting at a nut case (BTW even in states where lots of people carry not once did an armed citizen stop a nut case, off duty and retired cops have but not an NRA armed citizen).

I HAVE ORDERED QUITE A FEW DVD'S FROM IOFFER AND HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEM, HOWEVER, MY PROBLEM IS THEIR BILLING. I USE PAYPAL AND IN ORDER TO DO SO, I HAVE TO SEND THEM AN E-MAIL. IT'S A GLITCH THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO CORRECT, HOWEVER SO FAR THEY HAVEN'T CORRECTED THIS PROBLEM
