Is it possible to transfer money from from a debit card onto a paypal account?
i have two vanilla visa gift cards (debit) and both have about 4 dollars in them and I want to combine both amounts to get something of better value. What is there to do?

PayPal doesn't work with gift cards. You need a debit card linked to a bank account, a credit card, or a MoneyPak.
