I've been looking for a place to read manga, but i am worried about viruses and the likes. is onemanga.com safe to go on? (especially for Macs and WIndows 7)?
Wait... isn't one of the reason people get Macs is because they don't get viruses...?
Onemanga doesn't have viruses in-and-of themselves, but they get hacked occasionally and will have popups with viruses. They generally have an announcement when this happens. Even when they have such announcements up, I have never had problems.
The safest way to read manga, however, is in its book format, after buying it from a store. I've never received viruses from this method.
I have been reading from that site for forever (when I read online and not download), with all the different computers I came online (school, work, home, friends) and with different anti viruses directed on the internet protection, there wore no problems, not once.
And with all the reading I`ve been doing if there wore some problem files on, I think I would have got them by now. But nothing ^-^
Onemanga is perfectly safe. I go on it every day and I'm one of those people that freak out if a site has a virus, so believe me, it's safe.
Now, I see somebody said Mangafox was safe too. That is not true. Mangafox gives you nasty viruses. It's just terrible. Do NOT go there if you want your computer to live.
Amazon is via some distance the excellent determination. they have almost each and every e book, grant pre-ordering for books that have not come out yet, and have used books on the industry that Amazon expenditures the time-honored of. additionally, they are secure practices is impeccable and that i've got on no account had any issues. wish this helps!
