I'm also Nicaraguan, but, I think he trash talks too much and can't back it up in the ring (i.e Oscar de la Hoya, and Felix Trinidad). He's a good boxer but got to be more consistent if he's going to say he will knock someone out. Let me tell you something I do like when he challenges his opponent to free punches and see how strong his chin easy. That is so cool. So, what do you think?

He does trash talk a lot before a fight but it is just hype like him smoking a cigarette or drinking a beer at weigh in. It is this type of stuff that builds fights, Oscar De Lay Hoya even said he picked the fight with Mayorga because his antics would motivate him to train harder. If you watch after Mayorga's fights though he is always humble and apologetic and tell's his opponents that it wasn't personal. There is an understanding in boxing nowadays before a fight it is nothing personal. Even good friends Floyd Mayweather and Zab Judah were slamming each other hard before they fought. I like Mayorga his fighting still is thrilling to watch but at times he may cross the line. Not speaking his language I don't know if he is trying to be funny or cruel or just build hype but his eating pizza at weigh in and smoking after a fight suggests its part of the show.
