A moderate to large yard (.25acres and up) for one dog.
6' chainlink fence is ideal
Electric (hotwire) fence on the inside perimeter..esp if the Fence is below 6' tall.
Shelter against the elements.
This being said, They are pack animals. If left outdoors alone with no access to thier "pack" and indoor space, they will become depressed, withdrawn, and or aggitated. They can also display OCD behaviors and psychosis/nuerosis. They thrive off of pack life and need it for mental health.
If you have 2 Presa, they will do MUCH better for longer periods of time outdoors in moderate weather conditions then a lone dog will. 2 dogs provide social outlet for one another.
They should always be allowed access to both indoor and outdoor space..and have adequate shelter when outdoors.
Sort of. No domesticated dog is an "outdoor" dog and technically they're domesticated. But they were bred to be working dogs, and, as many breeds have evolved far from their "original intentions" PC's really haven't. They have the temperament of near livestock. They do have the capacity to be loyal pets, but it's rather common that they prefer independence.
No way!!! Are you trying to set yourself up to be fined and arrested from the ASPCA???? They are short haired dogs and NOT adept to the elements!!!! They are the farthest thing from an outdoor breed... no way!! NO. You will get fines leaving a dog like that tied up outside in the winter.
Depends. They make good guard dogs. Make sure he is chained or is behind a fully fenced yard. If he gets out and feels threatended he will attack. If you are not a experianced dog owner i wouldnt get this dog........

As soon as your home owners or renters insurance or your landlord finds out you have this dog you'll be an outdoor guy..sleeping in a tent.

I would think that it could do ok outside, but most dogs like to be with their families.
