thats what the preview says, Im hesitant to open it. Is this real of a scam?

It's both a scam and spam. You don't get a cent out of this nonsense. Just get the message deleted right away.
Don't open it. It is spam. Millions of people use Angry Birds. No one needs to pay $20 to get feedback. They send out 1,000 of these emails every day.
Probably a scam.
