This is the problem of using your "good" email address on the web. Get a junk email address from hotmail or yahoo to use in public venues.

In the meantime you can filter these messages by right clicking on them and filtering them as junk. Select either "junk sender" or "junk domain".

You can filter spam by setting up a rule in your email client that restricts email with more than 5 email addresses.

Go to the security settings and change it from low to medium.
