Hi, I can use my Lexmark 1200 series printer to scan but when I try to copy it tells me that I have no connection. try to put cable for your printer in other usb port. try to install again driver (insert cd lexmark 1200 printer in cd drive) for your printer not software for scanner. if still don't work try this : ctrl+P -preferences (printing preferences) - settings - load factory settings . good luck !
